Okay, spending another $6 I can't afford on email access. Ran four half-laps this morning; need to start earlier so it's not so bloody hot when I try this.


To Do Today:
Read diet book, the whole thing.
Start the diet.
Do both cardio and arthro workouts.
Write Statement of Research Interests draft.
Print this out and take it home so I can refer to it.
