Got to the doctor yesterday and got meds. That's all I got done yesterday, though. Forgot to eat, which is a first in my life. Had a typical very interrupted night's sleep, but I'm now up, and re-exerting control over my schedule. I'm giving myself five minutes to write here, then off to the Y for a workout. Then catch up on laundry and do some house-cleaning, then take Gabe to dance. If I fit more in the day, great, but first concern is maintaining traction in following my schedule.
